• To process and fulfill vehicle purchases and accessory orders.
• To verify identity for RTO registration, vehicle insurance, and Razorpay payment authorization.

All online monetary transactions on our platform are processed securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited. Razorpay complies with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) Level 1 certification. Your financial credentials are encrypted end-to-end and never stored on Ziko EV databases.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share necessary data with trusted service providers strictly to execute your order:

• Authorized Logistics & Freight Partners for vehicle and accessory deliveries.
• State Regional Transport Offices (RTO) and insurance providers for scooter registration.
• Payment gateway providers (Razorpay) for transaction verification and refunds.
