1. General Overview

This website is operated by Ziko EV Mobility Private Limited. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Ziko EV. By accessing our site or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

2. Products, Pricing & Payment

• Pricing: All prices listed on the website are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless specified otherwise.
• Payments: Online payments are processed through Razorpay. By choosing an online payment mode, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed upon successful payment verification from Razorpay. You will receive an invoice via email/SMS.

3. Vehicle Registration & RTO Compliance

For electric scooters requiring registration under the Motor Vehicles Act, the customer must provide valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, Address Proof) within 48 hours of order confirmation. RTO registration charges, road tax, and mandatory third-party insurance are calculated separately as per state norms.

4. Warranty & Maintenance

Ziko EV vehicles come with a manufacturer warranty (up to 4 years / 40,000 KM on battery & motor as detailed in product manual). Warranty coverage is subject to servicing at authorized Ziko EV service hubs. Alteration or un-authorized third-party electrical modifications void warranty automatically.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, monocoque carbon frame designs, images, and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Ziko EV Mobility Private Limited. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
